they are awake thinking about the moist doorknob they touched last week. Imagine this you just got done washing your hands and drying them nice and clean but all of a sudden you grab the doorknob or handle and its wet for some reason (condensation from showing or someone not drying there hands properly). Then you have to go wash your hands again and get something like a paper towel and open the door ever so carefully to avoid touching that door knob/ door handle again. You better hope the paper towel is thick enough because if it is not the water may soak through. I think the thing that bothers me most about a wet doorknob is that once I touch it I feel dirty again especially if the wetness is from a public bathroom. The door knob or handle in a public bathroom should never even be wet because no one should ever touch it, its germ, and now a days there is a hand blower in like every public restroom if there are no paper towels. I know it doesn't really make sense, I mean the wetness most likely came from condensation (which is pretty clean) or soapy water (pretty clean as well if the soapy part is included) but I still get bothered by it.
The moral of the story is please, everyone, dry your hands well before leaving the bathroom. I know you can't control shower condensation so I won't hold you against it but a cold shower in a hot summer day would surely be appreciated. Finally try to avoid touching public door knobs or handles in general.
Seems like voodo curse
